Shop July Co. Exchange Policy

At Shop July Co., we take pride in offering you carefully curated, high-quality products. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please review our detailed exchange policy:

Exchange Eligibility

    1.    Timeframe: Exchanges or requests for store credit must be initiated within 14 days from the original purchase date. Unfortunately, requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

    2.    Condition: Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags still attached. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, alterations, or without original tags will not qualify for an exchange or store credit.

No Returns or Refunds

    •    No Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

    •    No Refunds: Monetary refunds are not available for any purchases.

Exchange or Store Credit Only

    •    Exchanges: Eligible items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color (if available). If the requested size or color is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

    •    Store Credit: Store credit will be provided in the form of a digital code or gift card. This credit can be used toward any future purchases and will not expire.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are excluded from exchanges or store credit:

    •    Clearance or final sale items

    •    Intimates, swimwear, and any items marked as “non-exchangeable” on the product page

How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

    1.    Email our customer service team at shopjulyco@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange or receive store credit for.

    2.    Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the eligible item.

    3.    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly provide an exchange or replacement for items deemed defective.
